Vehicle Tracking part of Charity Fundraisers

Remote Asset Management or RAM as most know it is a vehicle tracking company that has recently helped out a few charity fundraisers. The company is offering more than traditional vehicle tracking. They offered tracking devices to Pedal for Parkinson’s charity, which was a cycle ride to raise money. Another couple heard about this recent offering and decided to contact RAM to see what they might be able to offer for their charity.

The tracker is for bikes in this case in which the cyclists can be monitored on Google Earth in real time. If anyone gets into trouble or gets lost it will be easy to find where they went. Those hosting charities like this feel it is a big boost to the whole day because there is less worry and a maximum potential for boosting funds raised.

It is just another way to show what vehicle tracking can do when one thinks about things a little differently. For fleet trucks, vehicle tracking is more about driver safety, savings, and increased efficiency. The same can be applied to fundraisers now. For those involved leaving their cars parked all day tracking systems are just another protection option.
